2006年，INS国际控股集团与大连雪奥公司强强联手，双方共同注资1000万美元在大连组建艾恩思雪奥（大连）生物医药有限公司。艾恩思雪奥正在兴建的大型研发、生产基地，总占地面积70163平方米，总建筑面积67100平方米。一期工程现已竣工，总建筑面积22330平方米，包括：艾恩思雪奥行政、研发中心大楼一座（十层），原料发酵车间一座（二层），综合制剂车间一座（三层）。二期工程预计建筑面积将扩大到44770平方米，包括：艾恩思雪奥国际营销中心大楼一座（二十三层）、大型会务中心、健康生活营基地、综合制剂车间、成品提取车间、口服液生产车间、美容化妆品生产车间和成品仓库。一、二期工程相结合设计，整体形成厂区新貌，将建成亚洲最大的生物科技研发、生产基地。届时，艾恩思雪奥的产品将会在现有的基础上进一步完善，逐步形成包括保健食品、普通食品、日用产品、化妆产品等四个大类，1000多个品种在内的、完整的生物科技产品体系，同时，在产品系列上进行具有针对性的详细划分：如保健食品中分为男性系列、女性系列、儿童系列、清肠排毒系列、免疫调节系列、营养补充系列、基因维护系列等；化妆品中分为个人护理和彩妆系列；日用品中分为家居系列和生活系列等。并不断研发最新的、最具科技价值的、最具竞争力的、最优质的产品，为人类的健康服务。项目建成后，预计年生产能力达345.6吨，企业产值将得到大幅度提升，新增就业人数近千人。
